Chicken Salad


Boil 3-4  chicken breasts until they are done and easily shredded.  Shred or chop chicken.  Toast 1/2 cup chopped almonds.  Add almonds and 1 Tbsp. of minced onions to chicken.  Give it one squirt of grey Poupon mustard and then mix in enough mayo so it is not dry.
