Corn Chowder


3 Cups diced potatoes

1 1/2 Cups chicken broth

1/2 cup diced onion

1/2 tsp. salt

1 tsp. pepper

1 can corn, drained

1 1/2 cup milk

2 Tbsp Flour



Cook potatoes and onion in chicken broth until soft (about 20 min.)  Add salt, pepper, corn, and milk mixed with flour.  Cook on low until it starts to thicken.  Top with bacon and green onions.
