Egg Rolls


1 head cabbage, chopped in small pieces

1 lb. ground pork

1/2 tsp. ground fresh ginger

1 clove garlic

2 Tbsp. canola oil

Soy sauce

1 pkg. egg roll wrappers



Brown pork in a skillet and dash in some soy sauce.  Cook until completely done and set aside.  Heat oil in a large skillet, sauté' ginger, garlic, cabbage.  Add a few dashes of soy sauce.  Cook until tender.  In a large bowl mix together pork and cabbage, then roll into egg rolls.  Fry rolls in a skillet with about 1/2" of oil.
