Rosemary Garlic Pork Roast

5 tsp olive oil

1 (3/4 lb.) pork tenderloin

1 tsp dried rosemary

1 clove minced garlic

1/8 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

Heat the oven to 425®.  Heat 2 tsp of oil in a large skillet until hot.  Add pork, cook until brown on all sides.  Place the tenderloin in a baking pan.  In a small cup, combine remaining oil, rosemary, and garlic.  Brush this over the roast, sprinkle with salt and pepper and bake for about 30 minutes.
