To Die For Crockpot Roast

1 beef roast

1 pkg. ranch dressing mix

1 pkg. brown gravy mix

1 pkg. Italian dressing mix

1/2 cup or more of water

Place roast in Crockpot.  Mix all three envelopes together and sprinkle on top of roast.  Pour water in bottom of Crockpot.  Cook on low 6-7 hours.
