Unbaked Beans


Take a slice of bacon and cut it into small pieces and brown in a small skillet.  When it is brown, remove from skillet and add 1/4 cup of diced onion and 1/4 cup diced bell pepper.  Sauté until veggies are tender.  Add 2 Tbsp of BBQ sauce, 1/4 cup ketchup, and 1/4 cup brown sugar.  Drain 1 can of pork and beans and add to sauce.  Simmer for 10 minutes.
