Chicken and Dumplings


Boil 2-3 chicken breasts for 20 minutes until they flake easily with a fork.  Drain and then shred.  Mix 1 cup of Bisquick with 1/3 cup of milk.  Bring a large can of chicken broth to a boil.  Drop the biscuit mixture in using small spoonfuls.  Cook stirring constantly until dumplings sink.  Add 1 can of cream of chicken soup, chicken and salt and pepper to taste.
