2 eggs, beaten
Italian bread crumbs
Chicken breasts
spaghetti sauce
mozzarella cheese
Dip the chicken into the egg and then roll in bread
crumbs and place on a sprayed baking pan.
Bake at 400° for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Top with spaghetti sauce and top with
cheese. Put back into the oven to melt
the cheese.
