Chicken Tortilla Soup

1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can Rotel
1 can 28oz. chopped tomatoes
1 can nibblet corn
1 can black beans, rinsed
1 can 14oz. tomato soup
1 Tbsp. oil
1 Tbsp. cilantro
1 box chicken broth
2 Tbsp. Taco Seasoning (recipe listed in blog)

Sauté onion and garlic in oil.  Add the rest of the ingredients, bring to a boil. Simmer for 20 minutes
Serve with chips and cheese.
