Corn on the Cob


Pull the dark exterior leaves off of the cob and discard.  Put some of the tender light leaves in large pot.  Finish cleaning the corn.  Put the corn in the pot and put a small amount of water.  Cover the pot with a lid and heat until water is boiling, then turn the heat down and steam the corn for 15-20 minutes.
