Garlic Mashed Potatoes


Dice 4-5 red potatoes and add them to a medium sauce pan.  Add 1 clove of garlic minced and enough water to cover the potatoes.  Simmer uncovered until potatoes are tender.  Drain and place into a mixing bowl.  Add about a splash of milk, a large plop of butter, 1/2 tsp of salt and 1/4 tsp. of pepper.  Mix with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy, may need to add more milk for right consistency.
