Creamy Baked Asparagus


1 lb. fresh asparagus

1/4 cup Ranch dressing

2 TBSP Shredded parmesan cheese

1/2 cup crushed Ritz crackers



Preheat oven to 350°.  Cook asparagus in simmering water in large skillet 2-3 minutes or until bright green, but still crisp; drain.  Toss asparagus with dressing in 1 1/2 to 2 qt. baking dish.  Sprinkle with cheese and cracker crumbs.  Bake 10-15 minutes or until cheese is lightly browned and mixture is heated through.
