Shrimp and Avacado Salad

1/4 c. Chopped Red Onion
Juice of 2 limes
1 tsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. salt
black pepper to taste
1 lb. Jumbo cooked shrimp
1 med. tomato
2 avocado's, chopped
2 jalapeno's, chopped
1 tbsp. chopped cilantro

In a small bowl. combine red onion, lime juice, olive oil, salt, pepper and let sit for 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine everything else and then mix in the onion/lime juice mixture.
