Spinach Con Queso


1 pkg frozen spinach

1 can Rotel tomatoes

16oz. Velvetta 2% cheese

4 oz. cream cheese



Thaw out the spinach, then squeeze out all of the water.  Place the spinach in cheese cloth and wring out all of the water.  Combine the tomatoes, undrained and  the cheeses.  Melt either on the stove or in the microwave.  Stir in strained spinach.  Serve with Tortilla chips.
